主要工作内容Primary Duties:
***8226; Perform full range of chemistry, microbiology (***61588; ID&ATB excluded),immunology, hematology and body fluid laboratory procedures.

***8226; Prepares reagents, standards and controls according to prescribedprocedures.
***8226; Performs tests and sample analysis in the areas of clinical chemistry,hematology microbiology (ID&ATB excluded), immunology and/or Bodyfluid analysis.

***8226; Performs quality control to ensure proper functioning of instruments,reagents, and procedures. Recognizes instrument malfunction andout-of-control test results, takes corrective **** and reports to labhead
***8226; Maintains test equipment and instruments, following establishedprocedures.
***8226; Answers questions of physicians and nurses concerning laboratorytests, accepts complaints, and initiates corrective ****s.
***8226; Trains new employees the laboratory techniques.
***8226; Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases inlaboratory.
***8226; Participates in education class and continuing education programs.Attends workshops, seminars, and lectures to keep current on newinstrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by lab head.
***8226; Write and **** lab policy/recorder form according requirement oflab head
***8226; Learn blood bank test knowledge and skill, in this year. Be able tocover blood bank routine work load, response blood bank on call, assistblood band supervisor in others area, obtain the transfusion testlicense.
***8226; Learn microbiology test knowledge and skill, in this year. Be able tocover sample culture
and distinguish basic growth status.
Assist lab head in arrange work shift, reagent, and others datastatistics.
***8226; Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge:
***8226; An understanding of the underlying scientific principles of laboratorytesting as well as the technical, procedural, and problem-solvingaspects.
***8226; A general comprehension of the many factors that affect health anddisease, and recognizes the importance of proper test ****ion, thenumerous causes of discrepant test results (patient and laboratory),deviation of test results, and ethics including result confidentiality.
***8226; Correlates abnormal data with pathologic states, determines validityof test results, and need for additional tests.
***8226; Understands and enforces safety regulations.
最低学历Minimum Education Required：
大学本科 Bachelor Degree
相关经验Minimum Experience Required：
3年以上医学检验工作经历 At least 3 years of work experience in Laboratory
语言能力 Language Requirement： 英文良好 Good English skills
资历资质及相关许可证书Certificate of Licensing Needed：
初级以上相关专业技能证书 Associate certification of professional skills above juniorlevel
