POSITION SUMMARY:
1. Under general direction of the Senior pharmacist/pharmacy director,the pharmacist performs a variety of professional level functions toassist in providing patients with optimum pharmaceuticalcare.药剂师在高级药师或药学部主任的指导下从事药学专业工作，帮助病人并为病人提供最优的药学服务。
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1. Oversees smooth operation of pharmacy sections. E.g. satellitepharmacy. 监管药房部门的平稳运行
2. Provide optimal pharmacy service执行提供最理想的药学服务；
3. Perform and supervise the medication-use process.执行并监督药品使用过程。
4. Direct the development, implementation and maintenance of pharmacyservices 指导药学服务的发展、实施和维护
5. Plan, develop and deliver educational/training and developmentprograms for pharmacy staff and other health professionals.为药房专业人员和其他医务人员规划、发展及提供教育或培训计划；
6. Assist the Department Manager/Senior Pharmacist in the developmentand operation of pharmaceutical service. 协助上级发展药事服务及营运；
7. Assure implementation, maintenance and audition policy and SOP ofpharmacy确保实施、持续、审计药房的政策和标淮作业流程；
8. Assist senior pharmacist/pharmacy director to do other assignedresponsibilities to assure pharmacy servicequality.协助上级药师完成其他指定职责，确保药学服务质量；
Remark：
Required to work shifts and perform on-call duties
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
1. Provide support to pharmacy and other departments upon requestincluding dispensing在需要的情况下支持药房及其他部门工作包括发药。
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
Entry Requirements：
1. Good professional knowledge and practice 优秀的专业知识与实践能力；
2. Good in written as well as spoken in Chinese良好的中文书写及口语表达能力。

3. Good professional ethics 高尚的职业道德。
4. Maintain and extend professional competence, keep abreast of newfindings in the pharmaceuticalfield.不断保持并延伸专业能力，能主动探索最新的相关知识，并能及时了解药学领域的新发现；
5. Excellent Knowledge and skill in computer systems, especially inHIS精通HIS类计算机技术；
6. Good communication skills.良好的个人沟通技巧；
7. Fluent English reading and speaking skills 流利的英语听说能力；
8. Pro-active and versatile to adapt to different sets of tasks andfinish job independently.积极主动、能应对各种不同的任务并能独立完成工作；
9. Management knowledge and related working experience具有相关管理知识和工作经验；
10. Evidence of recent continuous professional development.各类持续提升专业发展的证明。
11. Able to manage staff as well as to lead, plan, develop and operate amajor pharmacy service 具备有效的人员管理能力，可以领导、规划和发展药房服务运作。
Remark：
Applicants may be required to take trade tests on pharmacology andprofessional skills in Chinese/English.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Entry Requirements：
1. Bachelor in Clinical Pharmacy or pharmacy 药学、临床药学全日制本科；
2. Minimum 4 years related working experience with Master/PhD., 6 yearsrelated working experience withbachelor.硕士以上学历至少四年相关工作经验，本科学历至少6年相关工作经验。
3. Chinese professional tittle of pharmacist license or above byministry of health 卫生部颁发的药师及以上的职称。
Preferred Attributes / Exposure：
4. Master or above in pharmacy or clinical pharmacy 药学，临床药学全日制硕士以上学历；
5. First degree is bachelor for master or above 硕士以上第一学历为全日制本科；
6. Working experience in a tertiary hospital or equivalent internationalhospital is preferred 三级医院或同等类型国际医院工作经验；
7. Working experience in PIVAS有在静脉配置中心工作经验。
