职位描述
1、本科及以上学历；
Bachelor’s degree or above;
2、5年以上培训、教育或相关行业成功经理人经验；
More than 5 years’ successful management experience in training, education, or relevant field
3、成功的培训项目设计、培训团队组建、培训市场开拓经验，能够对培训收入负责；
Experience in designing successful training programs, building training teams, and developing training market; will be responsible for training revenue;
4、了解最新的网络培训技术；
Knowledgeable about the most up-to-date web-****d training technology;
5、对康复行业、医疗行业感兴趣；
Interested in rehabilitation and healthcare industries;
6、能够整合国际、国内专家资源，开发高质量的课程并有效对内部员工及外部社会学员推广；
Ability to integrate international and domestic expert resources, develop high-quality program and expand program to internal employees and external learners effectively;
7、良好的英语能力。
Good knowledge of English.
